This release is a major upgrade to tsocks, a large portion has been completely rewritten. Major features of this release include much more flexible debug logging (which should make bug squashing significantly easier) and support for non blocking sockets (which should make some applications much more responsive and hopefully allow some applications that don't current work with tsocks, e.g Squid, to work).
